Thank you for speaking up us against poor living conditions, drugs, no treatment, poor Healthcare and mental health care, all run rampant at GBCI where I've been 

on and off since 11- 1- 11. I went to WRC three different occasions to

 be sent back due to poor conduct reports. 

My MH is 2A, been having behavioral problems since a month or two before age of 6. My birthday is 12/12/74, Yes I just turned 50. This is my fifth prison incarceration for two counts of armed robbery with use of force and one count intimidation- threat of Force( 10 CF 25;) I robbed one gas station with my co-defendant  Mikel  Chamberlain and  5 days later one by myself. Yes, I deserve to do time for my crime but I feel it was excessive. judge Grove on August 3rd 2011 gave 30 years and 9 years to run concurrent, 24 years confinement, 6 years upon release if my health lets me live that long.  Got arrested 11:17,2010.I exhausted my no merit report  and I think Supreme Court, also asked on three different occasions to judge Kessler for a sentence modification, all denied to no new factors. While at WRC I was diagnosed with PTSD cuz what I suffered by the actions of my birth mother Deborah  El m u g g i n t h a l e r and my adopted mother who now goes by Julie Catholic. She  just wrote and apologized for her past towards me at the age of 56 years. Young, I do love her and blame their Mental Health and my birth Mother—Drug abuse  I need help in finding a few people if you have time… adult children and my biological dad and. Last seen dad and brother 2010, Last seen children ( second marriage) 2008 summer of; due to restraining order by ex-wife due to my mental health and false accusations. I will  list birthdays and names later please help me.. I also should be getting response from ICE which I sent copy of. the one Michael Johnson 265812. I had to redo cuz he couldn’t sign my name, And I will be filing a 1983 civil lawsuit against seven defendants predrafted by him for all he wants is the “w”..Asking for on pre- drafted suit, award $450, per individually and -.For each defendants. in RHU . I just filed a another ICE for First Amendment violations and PREA retaliation. I've been in RHU at gbci continuously since June 5th 2024 and last been called out by PSU first week of September 2024. I have had multiple self harm and one suicide attempt on December 9th 2024 and on Obs is what transpired as you read ICE filed by- Johnson. I need help Miss Swan. I've been on Behavioral meds since few months before age 6 years old. How then be diagnosed as schizo effective disorder PTSD and so on. I am only on 10 mg (?) due to my my  liver’s bad condition. and a liver fibrosis Test has been ordered since - 2024 cuz of ultrasound saying my liver is enlarged by over- and fairly infiltrated, Just did ultra sound December 2024. It’s worse. Still waiting on some liver fibrosis test to get results and go to Prevera Clinic on Shawano Avenue Green Bay.-

Miss Swan I do not mean to complain. I did wrong so I know I must be punished. I don't blame anyone but myself. but my co-defendant lied, said all kinds of false crazy accusations.  He got seven years in and 5 years in —-,,,,.-,?,.There were two other co-defendants that he never mentioned, me either, cuz I will not snitch, but they also wrote written a statements, there were 11 and all. I was on a drug called Z- c e, LSD,?, Adderall and marijuana. I've never had a dirty UA in the last 14 years. I've learned my lesson. Sorry there's so many I got no access to search engines and adopted dad doesn't know as I repeatedly asked. No visits, just one from a brother Zachary Edwards 8:22. Been down over 14 , little under 10 to go .t I want to find true love, repair the broken Pieces and spend time upon my release, if my physical health allows and God's Wills.
