 Biese , Benjamin; Problems- the biggest one is with his spasmotic bladder- causing much pain and discomfort- DR UW madison recommended surgery enlarging his urethra- as stop gap before more invasive measure. Noaction.// has been going on for well over two years

Trying to get doctors orders from UW hospital/as DOC says they do not have them.
