at issue - severe fish allergies that send him to hospital. He has severe reactions even when around fish. the one clue is that he is fine in NLCI seg, where there is plenty of ventilation- other places in the institution are closed. Requests to be moved etc are not honored. Everyone cooks fish in microwave. He request and denies full medical workup.
