The purpose of the blog post is to organize incoming requests for advocacy help in such a way that'
(1) others can access letters and documents sent from prisoners and see what FFUP has tried.
(2 )We here will have a tool to work from for our final report on the entire health care system
( 3) we will use this report to go to USDOJ ,legislators, media , the public in our ongoing campaign to make the WIDOC accountable to the people.
(4) Our immediate goal is to 1)use report to get health care class action going/written supported/2)Get a USDOJ investigation going 3) Get UW health to take over administration of health WIDOC 4)Get scanning of all incoming Staff and visitors to the prisons.
5) This report will allow us to go to attorneys and legislators wo ask them what the best way to go about out campaign- what can legis bills and legis committees do? what can courts do? what can letters form citizens and prisoners do and petitions?

William Ledford 80485 CCI long history of healthcare malfeasance , has lost feet to mismanaged diabetes. Was give wrong insulin dosage by CCI nurse and she lied about it- saying he insisted on doing his own insulin, and now he is not dealing with HSU at all and receiving almost daily CRs and is getting no insulin. His case is dire- he is dying. He is a fine litigator and helps may and is always under sever retaliation- has all this documented and has exhausted remedies.

11025 Dear Peggy, I'm sending you this letter pertaining to what we had discussed over the phone. I would love to be one of the inmates that's been having problems getting the medical help we need for our disabilities pertaining to our special needs.
Here is what I've been dealing with since I've been here at CCI. it's been since July. I seen apt about my arthritis in my left knee. I have post-traumatic stress disorder. to no avail whatever they've given me for it is not working. I have schizophrenia real bad. History of Back problems. I've been trying to get a medical Mattress. I'm going deaf in my left ear and blind in my left eye.
I also have more serious problems. I have female breasts due to the Green Bay County Jail, Dodge Correctional Institution to GBCI. these places have been for a fact giving me something that's making them bigger. because where I'm at now CCI in Portage Wisconsin they took me to hospital to see him and did some mammographic X-rays and it came back that I do have extra tissue more of it in the left breast and when they swelled up it feels like they're on fire and they start to grow.. I've asked them to let me go have surgery.on them. I feel like they are avoiding the question.
…..I'm a type 1 diabetic. I take insulin shots four times a day. There was this particular day RNTaylor administered the wrong Insulin. She gave me my morning insulin instead of my bedtime.When she realized what she had done she told HSUM Atlana Acker. They both came to the unit where I was.The HSUM Gave me a cup of juice and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Then a few minutes later, they opened my cell to go see the RN that shot me with the wrong dosage of 22 units. They were there to give me another shot with the Bedtime one which were 22 units of both of them. When I got my second shot instantly I felt very dizzy like I had to throw up. When I walked in my cell, my celly was like am I okay? I told him no. As soon as I turn to look out the cell on the cell window to inform a CO to go get a white shirt I fall out.l work (woke?)up the next day in bloody vomit, I couldn't barely see, hard to Breathe. When my celly came back from breakfast he helped me get out of the clothes I had on and cleaned up the vomit and then he made me something to stick to my stomach and which it helped a little. But I still was not out of the Woods..Right now to this day I still can't see that good. everything I just told you, I've informed the Ada coordinator here at CCI. still Haven't gotten back. No word yet. there's more to put on the table.
On 5 28 2024 I was in rhu Seg unit .I can't remember but the sun was still Shining. There was a lady Co working. I tried to get her attention to let her know I needed medical attention. She looked right at me and kept going- as I was kicking on the cell door I started feeling light- headed. I tried to sit on the toilet. fell and hit the floor and blacked out.
I was having a diabetic and Grandmal seizure at the same time they say like 17 minutes went by from what inmates was telling me. when I got back the hospital. Before I went to the hospital I was still in a trance that had me shaken Real bad. It were over 28 minutes. Still have not received any results the RN “Fox” had them turn me on my side. That when he noticed blood coming out of my mouth that's sitting in my throat. So he had them c/os put me on my bed and instructed them to place my head still from shaking, as well as my hands behind my back and put them in front of me and told them to hold my legs .The RN Fox tried to administer some type of needle in me that would give me some type of sugar. They say that it kept falling out due to me shaking, Then the c/os told that I barely had a pulse that when RN Fox checked me again for a Pulse but it was a weak one. That’s when he informed the sergeant to call for EMS to take me to the hospital. By the grace of God and through his grace it was known to me that it wasn't my time. Altogether it was like 47 minutes. I came back to cell.Blood everywhere. Now again on 5:30 2020 24 I were moved in with my God nephew which is Daniel w a c h o w a t a k 520974. on the 29th of May. On the 30th of May 2024 is when I had another one, kind of worser then the first one. Again another female CO was working our tier. My celly told her I needed medical attention.I couldn't move or speak that's how weak I were. I didn't even have no glucose tabs.She kept walking.In fact my celly said she start walking faster. Before I knew it, I were real real bad. my celly told me everything when I got back from the .He informed me that I had urinated on myself. I've been to the hospital three times here.

Fish allergy not being addressed. Extreme reaction- was hospitalize twice/prison basically says everybody cooks fish- live with it. Mitigating measure would be to be in “behind firewall” and furthest from kitched, dining room and where staff cook fish and in cell that has windows that open. all names prison that does not serve fish.
